The Avenue Pub

Ate here for lunch. Quaint place with outdoor seating for when the weather permits. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was cooked perfectly! Crispy on the outside, moist and flakey on the inside. The fries were also very good, just the right amount of crunch and simply seasoned. The house made tartar sauce was delicious, staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was what you would expect from a pub. I would definitely return if ever in Tuscaloosa again.

This place lives up to the hype. Great atmosphere, good location. The food was perfect! We had people with allergy restrictions in our party, and they nailed the special requests. The burger was one of the best I've ever had, the thai chicken nachos were perfect and the Loretta lemonade was a slam dunk. Service was prompt but not overbearing. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!
